President's duties:

 1. The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Order; shall preside at the meetings of the membership and meetings of the Board of Directors; shall have general management of the business of the Order and shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board of Directors are carried out. . 

2. The President shall execute any and all contracts that may be authorized by the Board of Directors:

3. The President shall. be an ex-officio member of all Standing Committees, and shall  have the power, with the advice and consent of the Board of Directors, to appoint a majority of any committee or committees to inquire into any affair or matter affecting or concerning the Order.

4. The President shall call special meetings of the Board of Directors when needed, or at the request of three (3) members of the Board. . .

5. The President shall, at each meeting, submit a full report of the official business transacted subsequent to the last meeting. Together with such recommendation as he or she may deem advisable.
